23 Felonies Defined Against Howard K. Stern & Others In Anna Nicole Drug Case

Well, we really hope these 23 felonies stand and they put these losers in jail to rot for their alleged participation in helping feed Anna Nicole Smith’s drug habit.
Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevic have been ordered to stand trial after a preliminary hearing determined enough evidence was available to charge these three scumbags with all those felonies. Now these three are due back in court in December.
We just have to hope the prosecution makes enough of a legal case that it convinces the jury to lock these fools up. How anyone can claim to be a doctor and participate in this is beyond our thinking but we do hope they get slammed with the highest possible prison terms.

Anna Nicole was not “American Princess Diana,” but a trashy gold-digger who wanted fame and money without talent, hard work, education. She was a stripper who married a man aged 90 for his money. According to Larry Birkhead’s testimony at the Bahamian Inquest, Anna Nicole gave Ecstasy and methadone to her son Daniel who overdosed and died. People shouldn’t GLORIFY nor SANCTIFY woman who gave drugs to her own child. Anna Nicole refused a rehab, and used and abused her friends to get what she wanted; money, drugs,…. She was ADULT woman who made her choices and she CHOSE drugs LIFE OF SIN.
While Anna Nicole may have made some questionable decisions, like parading a baseless estate claim around to any court who would take her and surrounding herself with greedy and manipulative enablers, she still should have been protected from the things that eventually caused her death. There is no reason in the world why multiple medical professionals should be able to prescribe drugs to aliases and in the names of people other than the intended user as was the case here. It was nothing short of criminal, these charges make perfect sense and I think Howard K. Stern and these doctors will now pay for their transgressions.
It’s tragic really…no one cared enough about this woman to say no to her absurd demands. It speaks volumes about these people, all of whom seemed to care more about their 5 minutes and about making a quick buck than about Anna’s health and well-being.
