Myskina, the hot tennis star, filed a lawsuit aganst GQ magazine because she claimed that they allowed a Russian magazine to post her half-naked photographs without seeking permission from her.
Myskina’s lawyer said that she never had intended for the topless photos to be published on any magazine. The photos were taken by Mark Selger for the GQ October 2002 edition. The half-naked Anastasia Myskina photographs were published by the Russian magazine Medved.
