Yes, that’s Ben Stiller naked alright. This picture was taken from scene for the movie Meet the Parents.
Stiller went buff for this scene wherein he tries to impress the parents (particularly father of his bride, Robert DeNiro) in a pool volleyball game. Stiller just released his latest kiddie comedy movie Night at the Museum 2: Battle of the Smithsonian. There will be third Focker instalment wherein Stiller will get naked with Little Fockers.
