This Carole Bayer Sager pic was being used for her promotional campaign. It was most likely an image used for her official website. While still studying at New York University, she took up English, Dramatic Arts and Speech and had already written several pop songs.
She launched her music career on 1997 with her eponymous debut album. It spawned the hit single “You’re Moving Out Today”, which charted #1 on international music charts. Bayer’s career saw her being nominated for six Oscar Awards, nine Grammy Awards, and seven Golden Globe Awards.
Sager is married to Robert A Daly, who is the current CEO of the charitable organization Save the Children.
