Hot babe Katy Perry is dating that British dude with an accent Russell Brand. It appears they met while working the MTV Music Video Awards and now they’ve been seen in Thailand being more cozy than just a couple of friends.
Russell is a cool dude. We though he was funny in that “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” movie. Although his jokes weren’t that good as the host of this year’s Video Music Awards, we still kind of like him. A bit less now, of course, since he robbed Katy from us, but we’d still have a beer with Russell. But no offense Russell, we think MTV should get someone else for next year’s Video Music Awards.
Katy, don’t forget to call us when you guys break up okay? We’d still love to take you to dinner.

Russell Brand gets almost naked while surfing the waves in the movie ‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall’.
In the movie, he plays an English rocker named Alduous Snow who becomes the new boyfriend of Sarah Marshall. Brand has been confirmed to be hosting this year’s MTV Video Music Awards just like last year. A lot of people are wondering who he will be attacking this year since last year he made naked fun of the Jonas Brothers’ purity rings.

Have you seen some of Russell Brand pics showing how huge an NBA fan he is? The actor was spotted some time May watching the game between the Houston Rockets and the Los Angeles Lakers during the 2009 NBA Playoffs.
It was game 7 of the Western Semi Finals where the Lakers beat the Rockets to advance to the Conference Finals and got the rights to face Denver. Subsequently, they ousted Denver and beat the Magic to win the 2009 Championship.
He seems to have been recovered from his troubled past. He was arrested 11 times and is a recovering alcohol addict.

Who is Russell Brand? This English comic, actor and columnist has been a veteran of both radio and television. He made his mark creating the Big Brother spin-off, Big Brother’s Big Mouth.
He has appeared in film that include Forgetting Sarah Marshall and his most recent one is Bedtime Stories opposite Adam Sandler. He had also his share of controversy, owing to his flamboyant fashion sense, ascribing it as “S&M Willy Wonka” and is a recovering heroin, alcohol and sex addict.
