Eric Dane And Wife Sue Over Internet Sex Tape

Time to bring out the “We’re just a couple of idiots” awards. And the awards go to Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart.

Remember that video they taped of themselves and the third wheel Kari Ann Peniche not having sex? Well, now the husband and wife want to sue website Gawker.com for $1 million for distributing the video. But Gawker.com publisher issued a clever statement in reference to his being sued: if you don’t want a sex tape online, “don’t make one!”.

Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart We agree. If you’re stupid enough to tape yourself doing stupid shizz you know damn well it can get to a website either as a prank or if someone is pissed off at you. So, if you dumb enough to go through with it, why be surprised when the whole world sees it?
