This was the result of having daily sessions with sit-down meals together for three months while on the set of Dukes of Hazzard. She, under the watchful eye of Alexander, had her eat grilled chicken and seared fish with lots of veggies. She refused dessert or even breadbaskets and controlled her sugar intake. You did see the film and see her in the Daisy outfit so famous in the television series. In addition to the diet control, she did an hour of weights and thirty minutes of cardio almost everyday for the film. To fill out her butt, the exercises were mostly lunges and squats using light dumbbells. The butt was important to fill out the denim cut-offs her character is so well watched for. Anyone can afford the diet and workout regimen she had, except for the stay-in trainer. The low fat high protein diet combined with the squats can really make for a good result in over-all body tone.
