How Tall Is Diane Lane?
March 3, 2009 by Mary Wayne
Diane Lane was a child star that debuted in 1979 in the film “A Little Romance” with Sir Laurence Olivier. She also became known as part of the new Brat Pack, having appeared in back to back Francis Ford Coppola films namely “The Outsiders” and “Rumble Fish”. With these acting credits she was on the cover of Time magazine. Diane Lane then signed on to do two big budget films namely “Streets of Fire” and “The Cotton Club” that bombed at the box office. She took time off from movies and attempted to restart her career with roles with independent film.
The film that regained for her the lost status she had was “Unfaithful” in 2002 where she was nominated for an Academy Award, a Golden Globe and a Screen Actor’s Guild award. She has also starred in the movie “Under the Tuscan Sky” and “Must Love Dogs”. Her latest film is “Nights at Roedonthe” opposite Richard Gere.
Lane’s latest imbroglio was when a 911 call was made and she had her current husband arrested for domestic violence. She has not pressed charges and the incident has been called by their publicists as a “misunderstanding”.
