Jude Law Plays (Super Sexy) Dr. Watson

dr-watson-jude-law-05 People Magazine’s sexiest man of the year (and probably of all time?) Jude Law is out to play a the sidecick of pipe-smoking sleuth Sherlock Holmes, who will be brought to life by Robert Downey Jr.

Jude Law definitely isn’t about to play a “bumbling, overweight” sidekick, but a “leaner, harder,and more complicated” partner– the true personification of Doyle’s created character. Being a naturally-born English, Jude perfectly fits the character portayed Dr. Watson in Doyle’s detective stories (complete with the mustache and the suspenders) only that he (Jude) is a million times sexier. Jude Law has always been faithful to his characters. He always managed to change his looks so completely for a role. It was once commented Jude is like water; he’ll take the shape of whatever you pour him into.
