Katherine Jackson Gets Temporary Custody

katherine-jackson Temporary guardianship of Michael Jackson’s three children has been awarded to grandmother, Katherine Jackson.

Although the children are said to have expressed a desire to remain with Katherine, another guardianship hearing is scheduled to take place on August 3 in Angeles Probate Court.

When asked if the Jacksons will try to obtain legal custody of the children, Michael’s father, Joe Jackson, told CNN, “We’re not trying to get custody. We will get custody and have custody.”

It’s no secret that Michael was often estranged from his father. Living up to his shady character, Joe recently tried to pimp out his own record label during a red carpet interview with CNN at the BET awards.

Leave it up to Joe to try and garner attention for himself right after his son’s death. Somebody seriously needs to duck tape his mouth shut and lock old dude in a closet somewhere, far away from Michael’s kids.
