Miley Cyrus Stalker Gets 2 Years Probation

We’re not big fans of Miley Cirrus, but we’re hoping that this stalker moron is at least being kept far away from Miley.

Mark McLeod pled guilty to police obstruction and disorderly conduct and the judge gave him twenty four months probation with the county mental health department. The judge is also not allowing him to use a computer throughout his entire probation time.

Not to be all gloom and doom and all, but what does probation and taking away computer rights do to a person who is obviously mentally unstable? Can’t a person like this still continue to harass her? We hope not, but too bad there wasn’t enough evidence to lock this basket case away for a while. The problem is that when there is enough evidence it’s because they’ve already done something terrible.
