Paparazzi Ex Bf Must Stay Away from Britney Spears

The Pop Princess’s road to recovery got a big boost when a judge ordered that Adnan Ghalib to steer clear of Britney Spears for three years. This stemmed from the case filed by the conservator of Britney Spears seeking a restraining order against the paparazzo when he started to undermine the authority of the conservatorship, which is primarily composed of Britney Spears father Joe Spears and their lawyer.

This legal battle has been ongoing and has spawned other legal issues for Adnan Ghalib, including his case wherein he ran over a court process server with his car while in the conduct of serving him court documents relative to this case. Adnan Ghalib now faces many charges for that incident and in this hearing today, Adnan Ghalib was again a no show which lead the judge to decide on the injunction that would be made effective upon notice to Adnan Ghalib and would run for three full years.
