She has established herself as one of the top actresses in Hollywood in the recent years. She is a multi-awarded actress having won an Academy Award, Golden Globe, Screen Actors Guild and BAFTA for her role as June Carter Cash for the film Walk the Line.
Apart from acting, she is busy running her own production company named Type A Films. She is also active in charity works and has supported several children’s and women’s advocacy group.
