Desperate Producer Casts Heidi Montag In Movie With Jennifer Aniston

Desperate times call for desperate measure, as the old saying goes. And some producer must have been pretty desperate to cast Heidi Montag in a film that stars Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler.

An excited Frankenheidi screamed, “I was just cast in my first feature film comedy! I start filming Monday! She also tweeted: “this is one of the best days of my life!!! getting ice cream to celebrate!…jump for joy!”

Granted, it’s not a huge role. It’s more of a cameo. But Heidi is already rehearsing her one or two lines. Remember folks, it’s Heidi Montag we’re talking about. She actually should have had months of preparation to rehearse one or two lines. “It’s a new day, a new beginning…memorizing my script for the feature comedy movie I am filming all next week,” Heidi added.

Hopefully she doesn’t help sink the movie like she did with her debut album, which has thus far sold only a little over one thousand copies.

Adam Sandler Naked: Draws Violent Reaction

Adam Sandler and his Happy Madison Company has recently received violent reactions from animal rights activist, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). Sandler’s production company is currently producing ‘Zookeeper’ starring Kevin James as an unlucky-in-love zoo worker who tries to win the affections of Rosario Dawson’s character.

The movie will feature a range of exotic creatures who provide advice, with voiceovers from Stallone, Cher and Sandler. The other actors involved in the movie have also received similar letters from PETA. Sandler’s production outfit has not released any statement to address PETA’s concern as of this writing.

Holiday Releases Still Doing Well Abroad

Good times still reign, even as the expected slow down in movie earnings happen, this season right after Christmas. In Europe, the film Madagscar 2: Escape to Africa proves its worth as it continues to rake in money as it pushes on its 6th week run.

Madagascar overwhelms Will Smith’s dark drama “Seven Pounds” which was its only competition for the top position. This is a bit expected as kids are enjoying their holiday breaks from school.

Meanwhile, Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant starrer “Australia” placed third in the overall world movie watching public, earning close to $13 million. This Baz Lurhmann epic now has earned $105.3 million.

A favorite, Adam Sandler’s “Bedtime Stories” is at number 4 for now, with earnings of $60 million from only 24 markets. “The Day the Earth Stood Still” wherein Keanu Reeves plays a being not of this earth is at the 5th with $7million from 44 markets (internationally, the doomsday film has already cashed in a cool $140 million).
