Debbie Rowe Is Suing Mad

No Debbie Rowe isn’t suing the Jackson Estate, she’s suing some woman named Rebecca White.

Debbie claims Rebecca White gave an “Extra” reporter information that pertained to the Jackson children. At the time Rebecca White claimed Debbie had told her she wasn’t interested in getting custody of the Jackson children and only wanted money from the family. White went further by claiming she was a “good friend” of Rowe and had an email to prove her statement.

Well, it looks like Rebecca White’s version may not have been so truthful because Debbie is pissed off and suing White and is looking for $490,000 in “general and punitive damages”, $100,000 for defamation and invasion of privacy, $100,000 for emotional distress, $45,000 for medical and attorney fees and $245,000 in punitive damages.

Next time get your story straight Rebecca White because you’re about to go broke.

Custody Issues Over Jackson Kids

We have been reported that Debbie Rowe claimed that the two children are not Jackson’s and then she changed her tune and asked for coming into Jackson’s money, which may add up to 2500 million. Now report from TMZ says Debbie Rowe has settled her custody issues over Michael Jackson’s children but it has nothing to do with money.

Sources of TMZ tell us, Rowe has agreed that Katherine Jackson will be the guardian of Michael’s children, subject to the judge’s approval.

Rowe will maintain her parental rights and get visitation of the two children she had with Michael, Prince and Paris. But the agreement does not specify the amount of visitation. No financial affair is involved either.

Here goes something interesting — Rowe told the judge that she wanted and would get a psychologist for her children. The psychologist will visit the children now and then, helping them adjust to her being in their lives on a meaningful basis. What a mother!

As for Jackson’s third child, Prince Michael Jackson II (nicknamed “Blanket”), the agreement says Rowe has no parental rights to him. Blanket will be raised by his aunt Katherine.

Can You Up the Ante – Asks Debbie Rowe

Did Debbie Rowe collect $ 4 million to say, “The deal’s on”? We will have no way of knowing. Debbie was to get the four million dollars not to challenge Katherine Jackson’s custody of MJ”s two older children. The verbal sparring has begun with lawyers on both sides squaring off. This fight has been rigged from the beginning and it is being hyped to see how high the stakes will go.

Debbie Rowe is the biological mother who MJ’s two oldest children. Debbie claims through her lawyer Eric George that no deal has been reached but nobody is buying into that story. Eric came over all sanctimonious and said Debbie was still pondering whether she will seek custody or visiting rights but she would ask for money from the Jackson family.

Debbie and MJ split in 199 with Rowe giving Jackson full custody for which she got $ 8.5 million with Michael promising additional support.

The key to the answer is in what the lawyers have been saying, that they “working to privately and amicably resolve the issue.” Read between the lines! It spells, “Can you up the ante?”

Debbie Rowe is at it Again

In 2001 Debbie Rowe walked away from her children for money. The woman abandoned Michael’s older children for eight million dollars, what of which she would be paid annually a sum of 900,000 dollars a year from the king of pop himself. When Rowe did this she outraged a lot of people, leaving them all wondering what kind of mother would choose money over her own flesh and blood. The same people that were left to figure out what kind of a monster she was are following the custody battle now. Some have told sources that Debbie has wised up and realized just how important her children are.

Once again Debbie has surprised them. It was reported today that she is giving up the battle for the children and walking away for a cool four million. If she takes this payment she will never again be able to fight to get them back. No matter where they end up in the end and until they are legal adults she will have no say in it.

Debbie Rowe Unsure About Custody

Michael Jackson’s ex-wife, Debbie Rowe, is now expressing feelings of  being unsure if she wants custody of the two children (Paris and Prince Michael) she had with the pop legend.

Debbie’s lawyer, Eric M. George, told reporters during a press conference Thursday that Debbie has yet to make up her mind on the matter.

“Debbie Rowe has not reached a final decision concerning the custody proceedings…As many of you know, my belief is that the pending custody proceedings are the most private and the most sensitive of matters as they impact the lives and the fates of young children. To that end, I’ve endeavored out of respect for Michael’s children and family, especially in this time of grieving, to keep silence on these matters, to deny all interview requests and to share only that information involving upcoming public court proceedings.”

Maybe she’s torn about separating the kids from their younger brother (who is not her child) or she’s possibly just holding out to see if she can get more cash from Katherine Jackson than she was getting from Michael.

Debbie Rowe May Get The Kids

Reportedly Michael Jackson’s baby mamma, Debbie Rowe, may be able to take full custody of 11-year old Paris and 12-year old Prince Michael.
Apparently, Rowe never completed the process to sever her parental rights.

When Rowe attempted to give up her claim to the two oldest Jackson kids during the 2005 custody trail, she was required to complete a “parental fitness investigation” before her parental rights could be terminated. Since the parental fitness investigation was never completed, Rowe’s parental rights remain intact and therefore, she is still considered the legal parent of the two oldest Jackson children.

Crazy!

There’s no way in hell the Jackson family will just hand those kids over…you can’t separate them from their little brother!  This will definitely end up in a courtroom showdown with charges of her being labeled unfit or that it could be harmful to the kid’s mental health.

Rowe is already getting big bucks in child support from Jackson’s estate so maybe she’ll be just as happy with a little more cash instead of the hassle of actually raising the children.  Let’s keep are fingers crossed.
