Waitress Punches Lindsay Lohan

Out and about celebrating her birthday, Lindsay Lohan got a present she certainly wasn’t expecting. In Los Angeles, at trendy nightclub Voyeur while partying it (without any alcohol because of SCRAM bracelet and all) Lindsay was hanging out with Paris Hilton’s ex moocher Doug Reinhardt when all of a sudden the waitress punched her. Lindsay later wrote through Twitter: “A waitress just hit me – punched me for no reason.” And witnesses confirm Lindsay’s story – for once.

What we now know is that the waitress had some history with Doug and perhaps was jealous. Yeah, and she also sounds a bit unstable as well. A witness recalls, “The waitress has a history with Doug Reinhardt, and Lohan was hanging out with him. She was jealous, and out of nowhere, the waitress punched her in the face! Doug didn’t want any part of it and went to the other side of the booth. Lohan ran out.”

It’s a rare thing but we’re on Lindsay’s side this time.

Just What You Wanted : The Lohan Reality Show

For all of those people out there who just can’t get enough of the crazy Lohan’s you’re in luck. According to Momma Lohan (aka Dina the enabler) a reality show will hit the television screens near you soon.

Dina says, “We have already started filming. The cameras follow us in our daily lives and as we promote our businesses. I want to prove that we are a good, hardworking family and we don’t have the crazy lives that some people claim we do. The show will feature my kids, and Lindsay will also appear in some episodes, although she’s very busy filming and promoting her fashion lines. We’re discussing a deal with a major network.”

But before you get too excited, read the last sentence again. They’re still trying to get a deal with a network. Maybe it’ll never see the light of day. Who knows?

Nicole Richie & Lindsay Lohan’s Attorney Comes Up With Great Excuses Doesn’t She?

Wow. What we’d do if we had the cash to pay an attorney like Shawn Chapman Holley to come up with excuses for us. Shawn represents Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Ritchie. We are, however, wondering how Lindsay is paying her since she is apparently broke now.

Anyway, Shawn is the lawyer who has famously represented her wacky client and is always coming up for excuses for her. If you remember, when Lindsay was in court, she told the judge Lindsay missed some classes because her uncle died, making it appear that Lindsay was overwhelmed with grief.

Then when the judge asked Shawn if Lindsay had attended the funeral she had to admit she hadn’t and the judged shot down the excuse. Then, of course, there was the perhaps someone dropped alcohol on Lindsay’s SCRAM bracelet which the SCRAM people said it’s impossible for them to confuse a spill with consumption.

And so the most recent excuse Shawn came up with was for Nicole Ritchie who is still on probation for driving under the influence of Vicodin and being on the wrong side of the freeway. The judge was pissed off that Nicole hadn’t attended alcohol education classes. The excuse? She couldn’t your honor; she was busy raising her kids. What a joke of an excuse. The judge extended her probation by a year. Enough said.

Business Man Thinks He Can Remove Lindsay Lohan’s SCRAM Bracelet

Okay. Time for us to question the capabilities of a businessman who decided to get into the public limelight by hiring Lindsay Lohan to be a model for some nude print ads.

The owner of some purse company called The California Bag seriously thinks he can remove Lindsay’s SCRAM bracelet for the photo shoot he is having her do. First of all, why would anyone hire Lindsay as a nude model , especially with that boxy felon ankle bracelet she’s cuffed to? In any case, the owner of the purse company thinks he can remove the bracelet while the photo shoot is on. Is he serious? In an interview with LAMag.com he said, We’re thinking of having police on hand so we can remove the ankle bracelet for the pictures.” Is this a joke dude? Do you seriously think the court is going to waste it’s time to accommodate your photo shoot then spend our taxpaying money to have police “on hand” while you do this?

Looks like anybody can start a business these days.

Lindsay Lohan’s Dad Cannot Have Liquor License Because of Prior Felony

Why on earth anyone would want to go into business with this Michael Lohan guy we’ll just never understand. Aside from being a media seeking wannabe he now wants to go into business for himself. Somehow he talked some people into opening up a night club and now the authorities can deny him from taking out a liquor license. Why, you ask? Well, because he’s a convicted felon.

Luckily for Michael, his business partners put the license in their names, so when authorities went to investigate Michael’s club didn’t get in trouble. Well, not yet, apparently the club has some zoning problems too.

So again, why would you go into business with this guy? And what is it with this family and booze?

Lindsay Pleas for Special Court Treatment

Lindsay Lohan has already had the judge support her on one too many occasions and again after her SCRAM bracelet went off after her drinking binge on Sunday night.

Probably she’s just asking for too much now, and wants a few more exceptions to the rule. She is asking the court to treat her specially; we don’t really know what’s so special about her except for her celebrity status!

There are a few reports doing the rounds and according to them Lindsay is asking that her civil trial be delayed since her public image is tarnished so badly that it won’t work in favor of her when she wants a fair jury.

Lilo’s lawyer Ed McPherson stated, “Every facet of the criminal proceeding and every facet of Ms. Lohan’s life… have been reported on TMZ and other media outlets literally on a daily (and sometimes hourly) basis. There are current widespread public feelings of intense negativity against Ms Lohan.”

The SCRAM bracelet slip up infact set her back by $10,000 and not the $100,000 bail that she had spoken about.

Since this is a misdemeanor charge, we doubt that the judge can revoke the bail. Instead what she can do is put in another $100,000 to the existing amount that makes her add the $10,000 as bail bondsman. All we can say is that she’s spent a lot on just a little drink.

Lindsay’s Bracelet Sounds the Alarm

We told you of how Lindsay Lohan tried to hide her SCRAM Bracelet with her outfit that she wore for the MTV Movie Awards that was held on the 6th of June 2010. We didn’t expect her to hide it for a longer time. With Miss Lohan’s weakness for parties and wild nights it was bound to happen sooner or later.

The SCRAM bracelet has been fitted to her so that it detects whenever she drinks and the bracelet tries and curbs it. Although we did try to fool ourselves into believing that Lindsay would try and stay away from it, Lindsay’s proved us wrong.

The alarm that goes off whenever Lindsay drinks too much off the bottle was set off after the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night. This was reported by Judge Marsha Revel who will soon be receiving a report on the same.

According to an insider who said, “The judge will get a report from the SCRAM Company and it will detail Lindsay’s alcohol level.”

Lilo’s under probation and if she is found to have consumed alcohol then it will be a violation on it. There are a few stories doing its own rounds on the bracelet going off, some feel that the bracelet malfunctioned but experts know otherwise.

MTV Movie Awards 2010- A few Sparkling Celebs

It looks like Lindsay loves to fill her cup with regular night outs, as she’s always up for it, and can be spotted at most of them. The MTV Movie Awards on Sunday June 6th was another addition to her list of night outs as she arrived on the red carpet for yet another exciting event in her life.

We were hoping to catch a glimpse of the much talked about SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet, but she seemed to have deftly hidden it from the cameras glare. She was seen wearing a beautiful sparkling one piece pants suit that was also responsible for hiding away the nasty little bracelet that she earned for all her boozed up nights.

Another anticipated celeb to dazzle the MTV Movie Awards 2010 night was Kristen Stewart, who dazzled everyone with her smile and ensemble as well. This “Adventureland” actress seemed to be in a perfectly good mood, while the cameras caught her smiling from ear to ear flashing her pearly whites at the paparazzi. She wore a very interesting combination of colors in gold, silver and some black on it and finished it off with a neatly pulled back hairdo and black heels.

Katy Perry was another to add some bright sparkle at the awards function. She was spotted on the red carpet with an electric looking ensemble which is like her inane self. She wore a dazzling dress and heels and to add to the eccentricity she wore a blue wig and yellow nail paint.

News Media Prepares For Death of Lindsay Lohan

This must be a horrible thing to read about yourself. But some news media are actually saying they are either preparing or have prepared for the death of Lindsay Lohan! The media’s reasoning is that Lindsay’s life seems to be an insane asylum spiraling downwards. Reports of her continuing to use drugs and alcohol combined with the constant wackiness she gets herself involved in, traditionally make the next step death in Hollywood. And the reason some media are preparing in advance is to not get caught by surprise since media moves so fast nowadays.

A source at a major news outlet said, “News outlets need to be prepared. However shocking a story it might be, they are in the business of breaking news fast and any preparation that can be done ahead of time is them just simply doing their jobs. We all scrambled when Brittany Murphy and Heath Ledger died and don’t want that to happen again.”

If this doesn’t fix Lindsay on the right path, then we don’t know what will.

Lindsay Lohan Banned From India For Lying About Her Involvement ‘Helping’ Kids

We knew it. Lindsay Lohan and her mom had opened their mouths and filled the air with lies. So what’s new you ask? Well, the fact that an entire country is calling Lindsay out on her lies is new.

Remember we wrote that Lindsay had traveled to India and supposedly went on this amazing journey that had changed her life forever and where she helped rescue a bunch of kids? At the time, we laughed at her claims despite the fact that her mom Dina defended Lindsay for being a genius and a caring individual. Well, we we’re right. She lied, and now the government of India wants the world to know she did and may be banned from returning to their country. How embarrassing.

Contrary to Lindsay twitter postings on how she changed lives for the better, Indian officials are adamantly denying her claims. They say Lindsay arrived way after all activity with the children was concluded and had no hand whatsoever in the rescue of children.

Really, did anyone believe this nutcase besides her mom and dad?
