Michael Jackson’s Gardener Sues For Non-Payment
February 3, 2010 by Richie Berges · Leave a Comment
Will Michael Jackson’s Estate ever rest? Now his gardener is suing.
Jose T. Mareque filed a creditor’s claim for $4722.01 that he claims the Michael Jackson Estate owes him. According to Mareque, he did his job by planting trees, orchids, roses, poinsettias, tulips and other stuff at the home where Michael dies and he says he hasn’t been paid completely. To be fair, the Estate did pay some money. The original bill was $14,722.01 and they cut a check for $10,000.00 but then haven’t paid him the balance even though he claims he completed the work a year ago.
However, Mareque may have faced a tough opponent in the Estate because when filed the creditor’s claim he wrote down December 2009 as the date he completed his services which is six months after Michael’s death. So why would they pay a bill like that?
Judge Reverses $20 Million Award Originally For Michael Jackson
January 23, 2010 by Richie Berges · Leave a Comment
Okay, this judge’s ruling really pisses us off. Do you remember a while back when Michael Jackson and his then attorney Mark Geragos were on a private plane and the plane’s owner recorded their private, attorney-client conversations and let them out for the world to see? Well that dumb ass was sued by Michael and his attorney and they won $20 million from the jet company.
Well, now some dumb ass judge in an appeals court has overturned this verdict! The judge says the ruling was too excessive and that $750,000 was enough damage. The dumb ass owner of the jet company, Jeff Borer, had the audacity to say the following after the ruling, “Hopefully the courts will come to their senses and see there is no real harm done. Shame on Mark Geragos for trying to take advantage of a nothing situation.”

Michael Jackson’s Death Finally Ruled a Homicide
January 19, 2010 by Richie Berges · Leave a Comment
Finally. After all this time Michael Jackson’s death has been officially ruled as a homicide. This has even been changed in the death certificate. The documents now read that the king of pop died of “acute Propofol intoxication” by “intravenous injection of another.”
Oh. Oh. This sounds like trouble for that moron Dr. Conrad Murray. He’s probably expecting to be slapped with an official accusation any minute. Dumb ass. He deserves to be in jail anyway. So far the authorities haven’t filed charges, they’re being very careful, probably so that they don’t give Murray’s lawyer some reason to get the case dismissed. But hurry up already authorities! We want to see this buffoon of a doctor hauled off to the slammer!

Finally! Manslaughter Charges to be Filed Against Dr. Murray Soon
January 13, 2010 by Richie Berges · Leave a Comment
We’ve been rooting for this possibility for a while now. It looks like the Los Angeles District Attorney is looking into finally raising charges against that dumbass Dr. Conrad Murray, the guy who was supposedly “overseeing” Michael Jackson’s health. A source revealed that involuntary manslaughter may not be a far off charge. The source said he may be “prosecuted on a theory of gross negligence.”
But the Los Angeles Police Department still has some homework to do. They need to make sure their evidence is airtight before it continues to charges. But we think it’s been quite a long time now. Something needs to be done soon.
We’re sure the Jackson family is waiting for this day to happen as well.
Joe Jackson Subpoenas Michael Jackson’s Medical Records
January 11, 2010 by Richie Berges · Leave a Comment
Okay, what is Joe Jackson up to? He recently subpoenaed all the medical information for his late son Michael Jackson from the UCLA Medical Center. Apparently Joe believes that evidence for his death is within that information. But Joe, we ask, wouldn’t the district attorney’s office have already thought of that?
What Joe required also include autopsy records, autopsy photos. Medications, etc. This move, however, has the lawyers for Michael Jackson’s Estate really pissed off. Howard Weitzman, attorney for the Michael Jackson Estate says the subpoenas are “clearly improper” and that they violate Michael Jackson’s right to privacy and his doctor-patient privilege. The lawyer also says that those records are completely irrelevant to Joe’s case against the estate in which Joe is asking for a monthly allowance.
Sounds messy and once again Joe Jackson is behind it.
Michael Jackson’s Estate Owes A Lot of Money

Michael Jackson on documentary
So many people are making claims against Michael Jackson’s Estate that we think the estate may go into financial trouble. So far inside sources say that the claims are more than $20 million and growing.
Some of the claims include: $5 million claim from a memorabilia collector; a $1 million claim from someone who wants a cut of the “Thriller” music video, a $2.3 million claim from Dr. Tohme Tohme and a $1.5 million claim from a law firm, which, by the way, there are a lot of law firms claiming money.
However, everyone has to realize that the claims still have to go through the court of law. A judge has to take a look at each one of them to really evaluate the merits of the case and the evidence. Some of them could just, quite frankly, just be dismissed
Michael Jackson’s Brothers & Sister Are Potential Creditors in His Estate
January 5, 2010 by Richie Berges · Leave a Comment
It just seems to be the cool “in” thing to do to file claims against Michael Jackson’s Estate these days. So why not his own brothers and sisters?
It looks like Janet Jackson along with brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Randy are potential creditors in the big (but growing potentially broke by the minute) estate of the late king of pop Michael Jackson. Although the amount the siblings are seeking isn’t too clear, it probably has to do with royalties and the like.
However, just like everyone else, including some psychic who is also filing a claim, they’re going to have to stand in line to wait for what a judge decides is a valid claim or not.
Good luck kids.
Michael Jackson’s Estate Lawyers Suing Michael Jackson
December 20, 2009 by Richie Berges · Leave a Comment
When John Branca and John McClain took over handling Michael Jackson’s estate we assumed they were doing it because he was their friend. But it looks like they’re also looking to get paid..Well, the attorney pair have filed documents with the court asking to get at least 70% of their $188,000 fee for the first $25 million of the estate along with a fee for everything over the first $25 million. They also want additional fees for their “extraordinary services”.
Wow, we can’t even imagine what these two would ask for if they were Michael’s enemies. And where does the money for the kids fall in all of this mess? We hope after all these lawsuits there will be money left over.
Does Michael Jackson have Unreleased Music?
November 28, 2009 by Richie Berges · Leave a Comment
According to the president of Michael Jackson’s record label, the new Jackson music will be released but this process should not be rushed. Before the King of Pop died, he had quite a number of unreleased recordings which are currently being kept in their vault. But for sure, the new songs will be released, packaged, and then repackaged for the singer’s fans in the future years.
The material which will be released consists of unused tracks which are from the singer’s studio sessions of his best albums. Aside from this, there is also some recently recorded songs which he has made with Senegalese R&B singer/producer Akon and the Black Eyed Peas frontman, Will.I.Am.
Tommy Mottola, Sony Music’s CEO and chairman from 1998-2003, currently owns distribution rights to the songs of Michael Jackson. He has mentioned that there are dozens upon dozens of songs which did were not included on the singer’s albums. According to Mottola, the release of Jackson’s songs can even go on for several years and can even exceed Elvis Presley’s.
On the first week of the singer’s death, his three best records namely “Essentially Michael Jackson,” “Number Ones,” and “Thriller” became the best selling albums during the week. And in the United States, over 2.3 million tracks of the songs from these albums were downloaded. This, however, is normal for a music star with Michael Jackson’s nature. There are even some label companies which keep going through their archive files just so they can find something they can release. Even up to this date, new record compilations done by Tupac, Jeff Buckley, and Elvis are still being released.
Since Mottola has proclaimed himself as the keeper of the singer’s songs is most familiar with all of the new Jackson music songs. In fact, he has still kept several tracks which never made it into the albums of his classic albums such as the 1972’s album “Off the Wall” and the 1982 hit “Thriller.”
Last year though, Michael Jackson was able to release the album “Thriller 25” which marks the 25th anniversary of the original album. The new album has included his new song entitled “For All Time,” along with five other remixes which has involved Kanye West, Fergie, Akon and Will.I.Am.
Will.I.Am and Michael Jackson, though, were able to record several songs as a duo. But their demos were in the possession of the King of Pop. R&B singer Akon was unlucky though. He had hoped to finish an album with the late singer after he completed his concerts in London. Aside from the song “Hold My Hand” that was able to leak into the public last year, Akon is not part of any new Jackson music that will be released over the years.

Katherine Jackson May Sue Dr. Conrad Murray
November 20, 2009 by Richie Berges · Leave a Comment
Katherine Jackson is considering filing a lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray for causing the death of her son Michael Jackson. Her attorney, Adam Streisand, says the lawsuit would be filed on behalf of Michael’s three children.
The problem in suing that loser Murray is that he’s either broke or about to be. He can’t even pay child support. So Streisand is hoping the lawsuit Murray filed against AEG for $300,000 pays off so that he can have something to take from him. But the truth is that AEG is probably going to win that case and Murray is going to be flat on his ass broke.
Too bad. This loser deserves to pay for all the damage he has caused. At least someone send his ass to jail please!
