The American bounty hunter and bail bondsman Duane Chapman previously was convicted of armed robbery and served prison time for armed robbery and a five-year term for the first-degree murder of Jerry Olivier. He was released though to probation after serving one and a half years behind prison bars.
According to reports, Duane “Dog” Chapman and a friend named Kurkandall were visiting Jerry Olivier when Kurkandall suddenly pulled out a shotgun demanding that Olivier give to them all the marijuana or pot he had.
